Information about the March 13, 2010 Region III CUSSA Banquet and Awards
Chinese and Silent Auction for our Banquet on March 13, 2010.

If you were at the banquet last year, you will remember all the fun everyone had! We had a very large selection of great items that were donated for our auction, which adds some fun to the evening. Many went home with some pretty nice gifts. At the same time, our Region raised funds to keep our equipment repaired and/or updated. Our region could use new computers, radios and gates.
We are asking for each family of our region to donate an item of $25 or more for the Chinese Auction or to solicit a business for a donation. All items that have a higher value will be placed in our silent auction. All donations can be brought to the banquet on March 13, if you are attending. If you cannot attend, we can make prior arrangements on how to get your donation item.
Please email cindi@rottermond with a brief description of the item being donated, value, and if applicable, name of business donating by March 5, 2010.
To set up for the auction, we will need several volunteers to arrive around 4:30 and then volunteers to help during the auction at various times during the evening. Please email kassmccar@charter.net to volunteer.
We thank you for your help in making REGION THREE THE PLACE TO RACE and where ski families become friends!
